the lender should have 3 months’ equivalent of the required mortgage payment satisfactory to the underwriter's standards (P.I.T.I. Principle Interest Tax and Insurance), seasoned in reserves
for 90 days.
- The required down
payment in a bank account for 2 to 3 months.
- 3 lines of credit
proven on credit report for 2 years.
- 2 years on the
job. There can be an exception for time on the job if you’ve just graduated from college.
- A Trimerge Credit report at the request of the Mortgage Loan Originator.
NON-OWNER OCCUPIED

- 6 months banks statements.
- Borrower depending on the lender should
have 6 months equivalent of the required mortgage payment satisfactory to the underwriter's standards (P.I.T.I. Principle Interest Tax and Insurance), seasoned in reserves for 180 days.
- The required down payment seasoned in a
bank account for 3 to 6 months.
- 3 lines of credit, proven on credit
report for 2 years.
- 2
years on the job. There can be an exception for time on the job if you’ve just graduated from college.
- A Trimerge Credit report at the
request of the Mortgage Loan Originator.
Any person applying for a mortgage
loan must have a Physical Drivers License or a Government Issued Identification and a Physical Social Security.
